Kanye West spent around $850,000 on a new set of fake teeth and previously stated that he intended to replace his genuine teeth with diamonds.
Kanye West startled fans by showing out his $850,000 titanium teeth, according to Page Six. The rapper compared his new look to Jaws, the monster from the James Bond movie.
Dr. Thomas Connelly and cosmetic dentist Naoki Hayashi designed the singer’s Gold Digger teeth. Dr. Thomas Connelly, the “father of diamond dentistry,” informed Complex that Kanye West had no teeth removed. He still has a whole and healthy set of teeth.
On his own page, the doctor praised the rapper’s new appearance, writing, “Ye was very excited to be involved in every step of the process.” His sense for visual design has outpaced the advancement of dentistry. The mix resulted in a genuinely beautiful new design.
This is not the first time the Grammy gold medalist has done this. In 2010, West revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that he had extracted his bottom teeth and replaced them with diamonds.
“I just think diamonds are cool. “That’s what rock stars must do,” he stated.
The Stronger singer admits to frequently visiting the dentist for “maintenance” on his pricey teeth. Kanye West told Vanity Fair that he decided to have his teeth done rather than wear grillz because he didn’t want to take off his jewels.
